What we do
Cleaning services.
- Wash solar panels using water and soft brushes, without harsh abrasive chemicals that damage anti-reflective coatings.
- Remove dust, bird droppings, pollen and hard grime.
- Rinse panels to prevent residue buildup.
Every visit
Preventative maintenance tasks.
- Inspect panels for micro-cracks, chips or physical damage.
- Check mounting structures and clamps for loose bolts or rust.
- Inspect visible DC and AC wiring for wear, fraying or rodent damage.
- Verify inverter display lights and error codes for normal operation.
Before we arrive
Client responsibility.
- Provide safe, unobstructed roof or ground access to the system.
- Ensure a functional water source is available near the site.
- Turn off the system, or notify the provider of any known electrical faults, before service.

Schedule
Cleaning occurs on a mutually agreed date each month.
Service dates may be rescheduled due to high winds, heavy rain, lightning or extreme heat, to keep the technician safe.
Additional work
Major repairs, system tracking re-alignments or part replacements fall outside this scope and require a separate work order.
